Our Boston Vacation was off to a hectic start running for the airport Saturday morning. Our Ride, Michael, came to pick us up at 3:30 AM! Josh was thinking our flight left at 6 AM and Michael was early. We left from the Redmond airport that is 5 minutes from our home and very small. We were woken up by Michael and trying to turn him away for another hour when Josh realized our flight leaves at 5 AM!!! Panic mode, right! We rushed to get ready and wake the girls up and were off to the airport with no makeup or hair's done. We looked great, let me tell you :) We made it to the airport and through security with about 10 minutes to spare before getting onto the airplane. Thank goodness for small airports and Michael, we owe you! After that all went smooth.
The girls each had there own carry on's with Lexi's almost knocking her over. They were excited to fly with all the new toys and yummy treats. They did really good. Lexi took only one small nap that whole day! We arrived in Boston at 3:00 and to the cottage at 6:30. We settled in and visited with family for the evening.
Lexi kept busy by pushing the stroller around the airport.
Tess was excited to fly and was not scared of the take off and landing.
Lexi was a little scared of all the noise. She did good once we were in the air and was frustrated that she had to sit for 5 hours. Do you see how crazy her hair was that morning?!
