Tess and Lexi had there first day's of school recently. Tess is now a 1st grader and Lexi started pre-school. Both were very excited and love school. Tess has school from 9:15-4:15 Monday-Thursday. Our city is going to the four day school week to save money. I was worried about her being there all day, but she is doing great. She loves to make friends and thinks she needs a whole new "grown up" wardrobe now! It is all about Miley Sirus...I think she is too young for her to mimic a 16 year old!
Lexi loves school. She goes two days a week although if she had the choice would go five days a week. She jumped right in without a nerve in her entire body. She kept telling me "You can leave mom, I will be okay" Josh asked her how she like her teacher and she answered "She is nice, she does not bite" I promise we do not bite either!!
They LOVE to show off the backpack of the year!

That is a long day!! I bet you get so much done! :) Love the backpacks...and Tess is too young for Miley Cyrus!! Although, Jordyn thinks she's older than she is too..
I love seeing the school pictures, although that means they are growing up! and I'm not sure I like that as much, they are so adorable little. I feel like I am missing out so much on their lives, I need to come for a visit or two, for sure. I love Lexi's outfit, SO CUTE! I thought Tess was going to cut her hair short, did she change her mind?

Tess did change her mind about cutting her hair short. She ended up just getting a trim.
They are sooo cute. And very grown up looking.
I love the backpack shots! I'm totally doing that when my kids start school.
