Okay, So I have been a HUGE slacker and have not kept my blog updated. I wanted to give you an update on the one who changes every blink of the eye...Brooklyn. Brooklyn's nickname is Bee or Miss Bee. She is such a happy baby and is happy just watching everyone around her. She has recently started to eat solids and loves everything but rice cereal. Her favorites are sweet potatoes and carrots. She hates being on her stomach, which is just fine with me because I do not want her to learn to crawl until she is a year old. I remember Alexa getting into the toilet, eating shoes, finding very old food under furniture and on and on and on! She has learned to sit up by herself and does very well. We have a lot of wood floor and I am always worried she will fall over and I won't catch her. So far that has not happened, so far!
Here are some pictures to keep you updated on how her chubbiness is coming along (Come on that is the best part about babies!) She just went in for her 6 months check up and was 26 inches long and weighing in at 16.5 pounds. She is just under the 50% on weight but with her height she is actually skinny. The doctor and I both laughed as we looked at her thighs! I will have to get a picture of her in just the diaper so you all can laugh along with us, they are huge and oh so cute!

Oh, and did I mentioned I just recently had her ears pierced. She is adorable and does not know they are there. She did cry for a few minutes and then was over it when she saw her bottle!

You have been a blogging slacker! Don't let it happen again! Thanks for the update on Brooklyn. She looks like your girls! I think they have the same mouths? And, I so love the pierced ears. So cute!
She is so darn cute! I hate that we live so far away, especially for this age when they change so fast. You definitely need to post a picture of her thighs. :)
She is adorable! I can't believe she's that old! I agree with you about the crawling thing. They just get way too much freedom to get into trouble. Walking is even worse! I can't wait for the pictures of her thighs!
I didn't know you got her ears pierced. I mean I talk to you every day for like an hour and somehow we missed that cconversation. I bet she is too cute. I'll have to come by and see her with her new bling!
