I am going down memory lane a little here! Christina has been an awesome friend to me and I wanted to share a little blog about her! Christina and I met at work, Convergys, about 7 years ago and have been best friends ever since. She has been with me through some awkward times and we have both grown together. She has truly shown me what it is to be a friend. I wanted to dedicate this blog to her and the many fun times we had during our college years.
Christina was always the one with the biggest smile, showing all of those pearly whites! She was always happy and the one you would turn to if you wanted to have a good time. As well as the good times we would also stay up late talking about our problems with each other. She would always listen to me and give me the best advice, toughen up! She was sympathetic about it though. I don't remember exactly the first time I met Christina, but I know it was at work. For a telemarketing job, it wasn't that bad. We had a blast every day playing hearts, talking andgoofing around. There was always something new going on. I made many good friends at Convergy's and kinda miss that job, just kinda though! We finally moved in as roommates and of course soon after both began dating our now husbands! Although we did not spend a lot of time together we made the best of it and still found time to hang out. We would spend many days watching a baseball game of her now hubby, Brent, or watching a game all together.
I remember the first time I knew I wanted to room with Christina was our first girl's night. We had so much fun doing nails, facials, eating pizza, and watching a movie. Christina is real and always will be. She is someone who can take the truth and will always give you the truth. I learned early on that she was authentic and that I could be myself around her. If I did not like something or had my own opinion, she was okay with that. She embraces the differences in people. I love that about her! I wanted to room with her and really get to know her. Did I ever get to know her!!! I think this picture answers that!
Being one of my best friends, I had to make her a bride's maid!!!! I love this picture because we are supposed to be doing a silly face and yet none of us are! I think the photographer caught us

I think the photographer caught usoff guard. Every look that Christina has made in her pictures, is truly Christina! She is such a fun and truly treasurable friend. I have become the person I am today because of the many experiences we have had together. She has always been a great example to me. She takes every opportunity, good or bad, and uses them to her advantage in life. She grows and becomes a stronger person each day. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful person call me her friend. I love you Stina!!!

Denise, you made me cry! I needed to hear all this so bad, and for you to say it all publicly...thanks! I'm so glad we're keeping in better touch. And I love you so much. I love that we've been through so much together and that now, our girls are becoming friends. LOVE YOU!!!
P.S. I love the mask picture. Remember how the three mask girls ran to a guy's apartment (Brent's actually), and visited them before washing it off!!! What were we thinking? What was I thinking??
I forgot all about the running mask visit!!! Hey, he married you anyway! That was such a fun night.
