We went to the pumpkin patch here in town on Saturday and had a blast. We ended up staying a lot longer than we thought we would and wish we could have stayed even longer! We took Tess and Alexa's cousins Kori and Amber with us and here are some pictures of the fun we had!
This is the load of pumpkins going into the pumpkin patch....how much would that cost at 15 cents per pound??? The girls had a blast getting a free ride and Lexi would have nothing to do with it! We originally thought Lexi would be the only one to get a ride! Leave it to little miss independent to want to walk the whole time, without holding my hand!
Choo Choo!!!! The pumpkin patch had this train being pulled by a tractor, it was so fun! Tess said it best with "it was a lot of fun but a little bumpy, my bum is kinda hurt" I got to ride with Lexi!! Thanks Josh! She started out wanting off the ride and crying. When I put her next to me instead of on my lap....she was happy. The whole time all she wanted was to sit like a big girl! I could not even have my arm around her without her pulling it away!!! She had so much fun waving to everyone and the girls pretended to pull the Horn and yell "choo choo" most of the time.

Yes, I actually put a picture of me on the blog!!!!! Too bad Lexi was not looking at the camera. The only one with both of us looking I am waving and in the middle of saying "Hi Papa"
The older girls all got to ride the pony ride and loved it. Here is Tess on her pony. They all wanted to ride the ponies so bad even though they ride horses at Nana's house all of the time! O-well they had a blast.
Lexi wishes she could have ridden the ponies and watched the whole time they were riding in circles! I thought it was so cute how she was looking up at the girls with awe! Do you see all the pumpkins in the background? I wish I would have taken pictures of us picking pumpkins out. I was a little distracted with kids running in every direction!! You will have to wait to see the pumpkins we picked out on the blog of us putting scary faces on them!

What a fun fun pumpkin patch! I love that it had pony rides and a train ride. I hope the one we goes to has fun things like this! It's just not a pumpkin patch without a hayride! And, I love little Lexi's face. She is so cute! (And of course, Tess is a doll too. But, Lexi looks so cute when she wants to ride the ponies!!)
What fun! Your kids are so cute. It's funny how badly Lexi wants to be a big girl. And she is starting to get hair!

Fun fun fun! I wish we were there to go with you guys :( Maybe someday. So yeah, now we might not even be able to be there for Christmas. It is a long story, but anyway. We miss you guys. Looks like fun at the pumpkin patch.
