We had a day off from school and Rain outside....so we decided to play inside with some friends! We met a few friends at a new indoor playground in Bend called Kiddoz, and had a blast! The kids did not stop running the whole time and the best part about it all was I did not have to clean up after them at all!!!! They had a playground setup of the slides and rock climbing walls, bikes that went on a circle track, play grocery store, kitchen, and much more!

Alexa had her friends Emma and Katie to play with her the whole time! Here is Emma and Alexa on the bikes. I love when my friend Tammy comes with her daughters Emma and Katie. They play and take care of lexi and I get to relax! They are my babysitters in training!
The Doctor is in! They had many dress up clothes for the kids and Tess took a liking to this one. Can I start looking forward to her future?!?!
Lexi decided to show me how she is all grown up by going up the stairs and down the slides by herself! She loved the slides and followed all the big kids up the stairs just like she was one of them. She went down this small slide many times and even dared go down the large slide a few times. Here is a picture of her going backwards, not intentionally, but she laughed and wanted to do it again! When did she grow up?
We had such a fun day just playing with friends. It was a friendly reminder for me to slow the pace down. We have been in "go" mode so much lately and this was exactly what we needed. Simple is best and what being a kid is all about...I wish I would remember that more often.

It sounds like you had a lot of fun. I'm finally getting around to being online--we'll see how long it lasts. I want the dates you are coming for Thanksgiving cause I was hoping to take the girls out for some "favorite" Aunt time.
I'm leaving a reply to your comment here in case you don't check my blog comments anytime soon. Can you clarify your dates? Do you mean that you will be arriving late on the 20th and leaving early on the 26th or that you will be fully in Utah for all the dates? Put me down for the 21st with Tess (when does she nap now?)--lunch and a museum visit--I'm going to introduce her to Andy Warhol. I'm trying to figure out something else for Lexi since she probably isn't into modern art yet. We will get the other stuff sorted as well--we'll set up a picture appointment if you want.
