The Science Museum

We had such a good time at the Science Museum in Boston. The kids were going non stop for three hours, and then we left for nap time. We wish we could have spent longer there, we only made it through 1/8 of what they offer. They had a butterfly exhibit that freaked the girls out. There was one butterfly that especially liked Josh!

They had so many things for the girls to do and all of it was educational!!

This is a picture of them posing for a bright flash. It captures your Shadow after the flash goes off, so fun!

The dinosaur scared the girls. I had to keep reminding them that he was not real. Lexi was watching over her shoulder the whole time we were in that room. They also got to discover fossil's that were buried. They had a lot of fun using paint brushed to see what they could find.

They had a water exhibit where the girls had so much fun. Lexi liked to splash and scared the kids off, so they had it to themselves a lot of the time. There were small rubber fish they you could place up at the top of the water fountain and watch them come down to you.

Tess in the honeycomb

This was like the bank teller machine that transports an object from one side of the room to the other. You would place letters from the alphabet in it and send it to the person on the other side to figure out her message. Tess wanted papa to build one of these in our house, sounds good to me.

Lexi made a mousetrap kind of a path for a ball.

I've been having Denise withdrawals. Not that I get to see you, but I've been missing you posting on your blog. How long will you be in Boston? Have so much fun! Stina
