Today Tess turned 5 years old! It makes me so happy and sad at the same time. She is so fun to have around and I am thankful to have her in my life. She of course was princess for the day!
Joshua's gift to her was a motorcycle helmet and shirt. Big shocker! She loved it and he even brought her on a ride for her birthday. She waved at everyone while on her ride!
Aunt Elaine and uncle Jack had the right idea with the card they sent for Tess! Can you tell she loved it? She especially loved getting mail that had her name on it.

Tess finally got a knock knock joke book. Thanks Stacy, now we don't have to hear another made up joke! I will give you an example of Tess' jokes she would make up. Knock knock...who's there....Banana...Banana who...Banana apple!!! Yes, you would have to laugh.
Alexa gave Tess Barbies. She was then upset that Tess would not let her play with them.
I gave Tess a necklace. She loves to wear makeup and jewelry every day now..she is only five! I think I will have my hands full with her when she is a teenager.

I'm glad she likes the book and I'm glad she has new jokes. I didn't know if I was going to be able to take another apple-banana joke when I was trapped in the back seat with tess going to Boston. I sure love that cute girl though. both of your girls! Miss you tons!
